We have a solid history in the field
illuceo was founded in 2004, by seasoned HRIS consultants. Initially, this was to service a complex HR system contract on an associate model, whereby a pool of trusted resources was established and work was sub-contracted from illuceo to these trusted individuals. This model has been extremely successful as customers particularly appreciate not only the first-hand recommendations, but also the relationships that already exist within project teams, which make these teams more effective, more quickly.
illuceo’s principals started focusing on Workday in 2013, having worked on HR systems since the mid-1990s and PeopleSoft specifically between 2000 and 2013. As most of illuceo’s existing associates have made the same transition, illuceo now aims at becoming the one-stop platform for Workday consultants and Workday customers alike.

Having worked on HR Software since the mid 1990’s, Nikki made the transition to Workday in 2015.
Nikki brings incredible dedication and committment to all of her projects. Her understanding of Workday from a business and user perspective is a huge asset to any project.
